Security Nick Scott, who had a career-high 111 tackles final season, is returning to the Carolina Panthers on a one-year contract, the staff introduced Saturday.
The Panthers signed Scott, 30, to a one-year deal final offseason so as to add depth to the secondary, and he began all 17 video games and had an interception of Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford ultimately zone that performed a significant component in Carolina’s upset win in Week 13.
