CTBC Flying Oyster, two others, attain KO stage at Worlds

CTBC Flying Oyster, T1 and Prime Esports recorded victories on Saturday to advance to the Knockout Stage on the $5 million League of Legends 2025 World Championship in Beijing.

Competing in best-of-three Spherical 5 matches within the Swiss Stage, CTBC Flying Oyster and T1 swept FlyQuest and KOI, respectively, whereas Prime Esports posted a 2-1 victory to eradicate Bilibili Gaming.

CTBC Flying Oyster secured a 45-minute win on blue and a 287-minute victory on purple to knock out FlyQuest.

T1 notched a 33-minute triumph on purple and 41-minute win on blue to ship KOI residence.

Prime Esports had a harder time of it on Saturday. Bilibili Gaming posted a 28-minute win on purple earlier than Prime Esports responded with a 29-minute victory on purple and 36-minute triumph on blue.

Groups wanted three wins to achieve the Knockout Stage, whereas groups with three losses had been eradicated.
