Oliver Rowland has been topped the 2024-25 Components E world champion after ending fourth within the second Berlin E-Prix of the weekend, which was gained by Nick Cassidy.
Chief title rival Pascal Wehrlein wanted one other sturdy factors end to maintain his championship defence going into the double-header London finale, however pale in the course of the race and slipped to sixteenth on the end.

Having dominated the Components E season after victory in spherical two in Mexico, Rowland picked up additional wins in Jeddah, Monaco and Tokyo to strengthen his grip on the title, whereas Wehrlein was unable to search out the identical consistency because the British driver.
Cassidy charged from twentieth on the grid to win the second race of the weekend in Berlin, making it a Jaguar double after team-mate Mitch Evans gained on Saturday.
The Kiwi driver fended off 2022-23 Components E champion Jake Dennis, who needed to accept second for Andretti. Jean-Eric Vergne rounded out the rostrum for DS Penske.
