An emotional younger fan was seen hugging the 22-year-old Afghanistan Nationwide Cricket Workforce spinner Mujeeb Ur Rahman after the Hashmatullah Shahidi-led facet scripted a historic World Cup win over the England Nationwide Cricket Workforce.
