Portland Path Blazers guard Anfernee Simons injured his proper thumb throughout Wednesday’s sport at LA Clippers.
A subsequent MRI carried out Thursday night revealed a tear of the ulnar collateral ligament (UCL) of the fitting thumb.
Simons is about to have surgical procedure and is predicted to overlook 4-6 weeks.
Per the Oregonian: “Anticipated to be the staff’s main scorer this season following the departure of Damian Lillard, Simons scored 18 factors to associate with 4 assists within the Blazers’ 123-111 loss the the Clippers.”
